We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager – Retail (Channel Sales) to drive business growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand market presence across Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory.
- Drive retail sales and secondary sales through channel partners.
- Follow the "5 Ka Dum" daily activity model:
- Meet 2 Dealers
- Meet 1 Architect
- Meet 1 Contractor
- Meet 1 Government Department
- Record all visits through the OBL App
- Convert project and consumer leads through Tilekart and other company platforms.
- Ensure timely collections from channel partners.
- Improve dealer engagement and focus product availability.
- Execute local marketing activities, influencer meets, and BTL campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, trade schemes, and market trends.
- Enhance product displays and visibility at dealer outlets.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in Retail Channel Sales
- Experience in Building Materials, Tiles, Ceramics, Paints, Cement, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Electricals, FMCG or similar industries
- Proven experience handling dealers and distributor networks
- Comfortable managing collections and territory growth
