The Role
We are hiring Appointment Setters—one for our internal team and another for a client (40 years old employment verification/background check services firm). The requirements for both roles are identical. This is a remote, full-time position focused on outbound engagement, lead management, and appointment scheduling. Your role is to bring energy, consistency, and drive to every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls with confidence and clarity
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Conduct thorough online lead research and prospecting
- Establish rapport and build trust quickly on calls
- Handle rejection with resilience and keep going
- Work independently and hit defined performance targets
Requirements
- Strong command of spoken English (8+/10 fluency)
- High confidence and persistence in communication
- Proven track record of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory—training available)
- Excellent internet research skills
- Knowledge of our company and website before applying is expected
