- Hiring: Attracting and selecting candidates to fill roles. This includes job analysis, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Compensation: Overseeing payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure compensation levels are fair and meet budget constraints.
- Employee relations: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, and building benefits and policies to create a healthy workplace.
- Communication: Ensuring employees feel understood and valued through excellent communication and listening skills.
- Policies and regulations: Updating HR policies and regulations, and ensuring that employees comply with company policies.
- Performance reviews: Executing employees' performance review procedure.
- Grievances: Handling employee grievances.
- Exit interviews: Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation.
- Day-to-day operations: Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department.
- HR records: Maintaining HR records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
