Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to meet quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets.
Develop and implement production schedules based on project and customer requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other production resources.
Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to achieve planned targets.
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and approved manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Stores, Quality, and Projects to ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, safety regulations, and company policies throughout production.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to reduce defects, rework, and waste.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement programs.
Review production KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, on-time delivery, rejection rates, and downtime.
Approve and monitor preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
