Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and explain gold loan products, interest rates, repayment options, and jewellery schemes.
- Handle walk-in and phone enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer records, KYC details, and call logs.
- Coordinate with branch staff and field executives for document collection and customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide support quickly.
- Give information about offers, schemes, renewals, and payment reminders.
- Build good customer relationships to improve repeat business.
- Use basic computer systems, CRM, Excel, or branch software for updates and reporting.
- Support branch targets through customer engagement and service.
Skills Usually Required
- Good Tamil communication skills and basic English.
- Polite and convincing speaking ability.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a team and manage customer queries calmly.
