- Policy and compliance: Developing and updating HR policies, ensuring employees understand and comply with them, and staying current on labor laws.
- Payroll and records: Managing payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and handling exit formalities.
- Training and development: Assessing training needs and coordinating programs to improve employee performance.
