- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and dispatch.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, managing calendars as required.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company to visitors and callers.
