Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Conduct 3 to 4 face-to-face meetings daily with key decision-makers (CXOs, Procurement Heads, Store Managers) within the assigned territory.
- Lead Generation: Source new leads through physical market mapping, physical cold calling, referrals, and localized networking.
- Product Pitching: Deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals while articulating the business value of offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Log daily activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
- Relationship Management: Nurture existing corporate accounts to generate repeat business, up-sell, and secure referrals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and report actionable feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2B field sales experience (preferably in FMCG, Logistics, or IT/Service)
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the city and a valid two-wheeler driver’s license.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Revenue vs. Target: Monthly/Quarterly revenue generated against assigned quotas.
- Meeting Volume: Number of face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations conducted weekly.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads successfully converted into paying clients.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
