Provide L2/L3 production support for 3M 360 Encompass and HDM (Healthcare Data Management) applications integrated with Cerner Content 360
Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure 24x7 system availability
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, data issues, and system errors within defined SLAs
Participate in design, build, and configuration of 3M 360 rules, workflows, and content mappings
Configure Content 360 components, clinical documentation content, and coding logic based on business and clinical requirements
Support enhancements, upgrades, and new releases of Cerner Content 360 and 3M applications
Work closely with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and IT teams to understand issues and requirements
Engage with Cerner and 3M vendors for ticket resolution and escalation management
