Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Design Engineer to prepare complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV designs for commercial and institutional projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and coordination with architects, structural consultants, and site teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical (HVAC)
- HVAC load calculations and system design
- Duct sizing and layout preparation
- Ventilation and exhaust system design
- Equipment selection and BOQ preparation
Electrical
- Electrical load calculations
- Single Line Diagram (SLD)
- LT Panel, APFC Panel, Transformer & DG sizing
- Cable sizing and power distribution
- Lighting layout and panel schedules
- Earthing and lightning protection design
Plumbing & Fire Fighting
- Water supply and drainage design
- Pump and tank sizing
- Rainwater harvesting
- Hydrant and sprinkler system design
- Fire alarm coordination
ELV Systems
- CCTV

Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma with relevant experience
Experience
- 3–8 years in MEP design for commercial, hospitality, hostel, or institutional projects
Work From Home Requirements
- High-speed internet connection
- Personal laptop/desktop capable of running AutoCAD/Revit
- Daily availability from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)
- Ability to attend online meetings and coordinate with project teams
- Timely submission of drawings and project deliverables
Performance Expectations
- Complete assigned designs within project timelines
- Maintain drawing accuracy and quality standards
- Coordinate effectively with architects and consultants
- Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, and client requirements
Pay: ₹11,145.96 - ₹35,000.00 per month
