Urgent Hiring – Counter Sales Executive cum Store Manager
Location: New Town, Kolkata
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive cum Store Manager to join our premium lighting showroom.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain inventory, coordinate billing, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and walk-in customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.
Eligibility
- Male/Female candidates can apply.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; Zoho CRM knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Well-groomed, proactive, and sales-oriented.
- Experience in lighting, home décor, furniture, sanitaryware, tiles, or luxury retail will be preferred.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Working Hours
10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off
Monday (All Sundays are working days.)
