About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated SEO & Lead Generation Specialist whose primary focus will be generating qualified leads through organic channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and lead generation techniques, with a proven ability to drive business inquiries and conversions.
This is a performance-driven role. Along with a fixed salary, the candidate will be eligible for additional incentives based on the number of qualified leads generated.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business leads through SEO and organic marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute SEO campaigns to improve website visibility and lead acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research focused on lead-generating opportunities.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, and content for search engines and conversions.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates from organic traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance and SEO metrics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and lead generation strategies.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads through organic channels.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and lead tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
