About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to address client queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests and escalations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
- Assist in customer onboarding and relationship management activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or relationship management will be preferred.
