About the role:
STEM Educators will play a pivotal role in delivering our curriculum through activities in CognoSpace at the school, a physical modern educational space where students engage in hands-on STEM activities, and technology-based learning using advanced tools. This individual will provide technical expertise, guidance, and assistance to students in delivering our curriculum, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. The role also involves contributing to ongoing research and development (R&D) by supporting the improvement of curriculum, testing new tools and technologies, and bringing innovative teaching approaches into the learning environment. The educator will be responsible for effective curriculum execution and will act as a key liaison between the company and the school.
Responsibilities:
● Curriculum Delivery: End-to-end STEM content delivery using our Learning Management System and classroom management. Assist students in performing experiments, building projects using CognoSpace STEM kits. Ability to use and deliver proprietary STEM content, AI topics, Technologies like Drones, IoT and 3D Printing
● Managing Space: Be the support in coordinating the entire execution process through maintenance of premises, equipment, educational tools and Inventory. Collaborate with school staff and management in ensuring smooth execution of the curriculum.
● Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for students and promote responsible use of tools and equipment.
● Documentation and Evaluation: Maintain comprehensive record of lesson plan execution and outcomes using CognoSpace Mobile App or the web application.
● School Engagement: Actively engage with student activities at schools to promote the CognoSpace brand through workshops and events
● Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of lab activities and the curriculum. Provide feedback to the CognoSpace product development team and propose improvements.
Qualifications Required:
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering
● Prior teaching experience is a plus.
● ICT /Computer teachers with experience will also be preferred.
● Experience working in a collaborative environment like tinker-labs/STEM labs Robotics Lab, or STEM-related environment is a plus.
● Freshers are encouraged if they come with an Engineering Background
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, parents, and school management.
● Leverage company mobile APP and digital content for end-to-end delivery and classroom management.
● The Initial salary pay range will be from 3 LPA .
Training:4 weeks of training will be offered upon joining and before deployment in schools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
