Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic Day Care Assistant to support the daily activities and well-being of children in the Day Care Centre. The candidate will assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting their overall development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in the day care facility.
- Assist in organizing learning, play, and recreational activities.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Support meal, snack, and rest-time routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom/day care area.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required.
- Assist in preparing educational and activity materials.
Requirements:
- Graduate or relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Prior experience in child care, pre-primary, or day care environment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality.
