Key Responsibilities
- Plan and develop event concepts according to client or organizational requirements.
- Prepare event budgets and manage expenses.
- Select and negotiate with venues, vendors, caterers, decorators, and other service providers.
- Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, equipment, and scheduling.
- Manage event marketing, promotions, and registrations when required.
- Supervise event staff, volunteers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits.
- Handle on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues during events.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and post-event reports.
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
