Key Responsibilities:
Pantry Duties
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to patients, visitors, and staff politely and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area at all times.
- Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water bottles, snacks, etc.) are well stocked and replenished on time.
- Arrange refreshments for staff meetings and client consultations.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware with care and ensure proper cleaning.
Housekeeping Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the clinic, including reception, consultation rooms, treatment areas, and restrooms.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all common areas regularly.
- Ensure patient waiting area is always neat, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist in setting up treatment rooms before and after patient procedures.
- Dispose of waste and ensure proper segregation of regular and medical waste as instructed.
- Refill toiletries, hand sanitizers, and tissue supplies as needed.
General Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients/clients with a polite and soft-spoken attitude.
- Support clinic staff with small errands and tasks when required.
- Handle clinic property and equipment carefully.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a pleasant clinic environment.
- Always remain smartly dressed, presentable, and active at work.
