Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Research: Analyze electrical industry trends, competitor pricing, and mapping infrastructure or real estate growth opportunities.
- Channel & Dealer Management: Plan and execute loyalty programs, dealer meets, and retail activation initiatives for house wiring or industrial cables.
- BTL & Brand Activations: Organize trade fairs, exhibitions, and builder/architect/electrician meets to boost product visibility.
- Key Account Development: Formulate commercial proposals, negotiate contracts with OEMs, contractors, and power distribution utilities.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure custom specifications and delivery times are met.
Required Skills
- Strong grasp of cable specifications (HT/LT, armored/unarmored, flexible wires) and ISI/IEC standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and high-value negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics, CRM tools, and marketing campaign tracking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
