Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, explaining property projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
Qualify customer requirements and generate sales leads.
Schedule site visits for interested clients.
Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversions.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skill.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
