Position: Customer Care Executive – Support & Collections

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer support and collection-related activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer concerns while ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, payments, and account details.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain collection records and update payment statuses in the system.
- Send payment reminders through calls, emails, and messages.
- Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining a professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Collections, Recovery, BPO, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work under targets.
Pay: ₹19,766.18 - ₹25,168.24 per month
