We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Receptionist cum Telecaller who will be responsible for managing front office operations and handling inbound/outbound calls to generate leads and support admissions/business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Front Office (Receptionist Duties):
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments as required
Telecalling (Sales & Follow-ups):
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into admissions/leads
- Explain course details, fees, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads regularly via calls/WhatsApp
- Maintain and update lead database (Excel/CRM)
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
