Job Description:
Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Copywriter and Client Servicing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy that resonates with our clients' target audiences and managing client relationships to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will lead a team of junior copywriters and client servicing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Develop creative and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
- Create compelling copy for offline advertising materials such as brochures, flyers, print ads, and billboards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute innovative ideas.
- Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior copywriters, providing feedback and support.
- Oversee copy quality control to maintain high standards of writing.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and client expectations.
Client Servicing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and performance.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior client servicing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Oversee the quality control of all creative outputs to ensure they meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a copywriter, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience in client servicing or account management in a creative or digital agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
