About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum 3D Visualizer who can independently conceptualize, design, and visualize high-end interior spaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into practical designs while preparing detailed execution drawings and photorealistic 3D visualizations.
The candidate will work on residential, commercial, hospitality, hostel, institutional, and retail projects from concept to execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare mood boards, design presentations, and material palettes.
- Space planning and furniture layouts.
- Design residential, commercial, office, hostel, hotel, institutional, and retail interiors.
- Select materials, finishes, textures, colors, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate designs based on client requirements and budgets.
3D Visualization
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renders.
- Produce interior walkthrough animations and presentation videos.
- Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials.
- Prepare multiple design options for client presentations.
- Deliver visually appealing concepts for client approvals and marketing.
Working Drawings
Prepare complete execution drawings including:
- Furniture Layout Plans
- Demolition Plans (where applicable)
- Flooring Layouts
- False Ceiling Plans
- Electrical & Lighting Layouts
- Wall Elevations
- Furniture & Joinery Details
- Kitchen Drawings
- Wardrobe Drawings
- Toilet & Vanity Details
- Tile Layouts
- Door & Window Details
- Interior Sections
- Site Coordination Drawings
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, Site Engineers, Vendors, and Project Managers.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Resolve design and execution issues.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and execution-ready.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions within project timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Relevant certifications in 3D Visualization or Rendering will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.
- Availability Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Timely submission of designs, renders, drawings, and revisions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both technical drawings and photorealistic 3D visualizations.
