Job Description – Manager (Finance & Accounts)
**Position:** Manager – Finance & Accounts
**Location:** Chennai

**Reports to:** Director
Role Objective
Responsible for managing the Accounts & Finance function for industrial projects, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, project cost control, and timely financial support for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and preparation of financial statements.
· Handle project-wise accounting, billing, cost monitoring, and variance analysis.
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements.
· Coordinate audits (statutory/internal) and timely filing of returns.
· Manage cash flow, receivables, fund arrangements, BGs/LCs with banks/financial institutions.
· Strengthen internal controls, implement ERP/accounting systems, and streamline processes.
· Lead and guide accounts team; coordinate with Project, Procurement, and Contracts teams.
· Provide financial insights for management decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
· MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA with strong project accounting background.
· 8–12 years’ experience in Accounts & Finance, with minimum 4–5 years in EPC/Infrastructure/Industrial Projects.
· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and project finance.
· ERP/Tally/SAP/MS Dynamics exposure preferred.
