Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our leadership team as a Strategic Growth Partner. This is not a conventional sales role. The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and management, contributing at a leadership level with responsibilities aligned to a CEO, Co-Founder, or Strategic Business Head.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, negotiation expertise, and the ability to independently manage high-value business relationships. This role requires a founder-level mindset focused on driving company growth, strategic expansion, revenue generation, and long-term business partnerships.
The candidate will play a key role in scaling the business nationally and internationally while representing the company with professionalism, ownership, and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development
- Identify, develop, and execute long-term business growth strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, market research, and industry connections.
- Lead end-to-end business acquisition processes from prospecting to successful deal closure.
- Develop scalable revenue and expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and high-value clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and business partners.
- Conduct professional meetings, negotiations, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Manage key client accounts with complete ownership and accountability.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
- Leadership & Strategic Involvement
- Work directly with founders and senior management on business expansion initiatives.
- Represent the company in executive meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.
- Participate in high-level decision-making related to business growth and operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client servicing.
- Mentor and guide junior business development or sales team members when required.
- Revenue & Growth Management
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed business development targets and performance goals.
- Prepare growth forecasts, sales reports, and strategic business plans for management.
- Lead high-value negotiations and commercial agreements.
- Identify scalable business models and expansion opportunities.
- Brand & Market Representation
- Represent the company with professionalism and executive-level communication.
- Build strong industry credibility and long-term market relationships.
- Maintain a founder-level mindset focused on sustainable business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Sales, or Growth Leadership roles.
- Proven track record of generating substantial business revenue and closing high-value deals.
- Strong experience managing enterprise or corporate clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, finance, and client management.
- Ability to work independently with complete ownership and accountability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience working directly with founders, leadership teams, or executive management is highly preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and handle large-scale business opportunities effectively.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in leadership, startup scaling, strategic consulting, or corporate growth environments.
- International business development experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong executive presence and professional communication abilities.
- Self-driven, growth-focused, and highly motivated professional.
