About the Role :
We are looking for a confident and student-focused Career Counsellor to join our team at Codei5 Academy. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' career goals, guiding them towards suitable courses, and supporting them throughout the enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and understand their career goals and interests.
- Recommend suitable courses based on their requirements.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students.
- Build good relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead details.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrolments.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Good listening and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in career counselling, education sales, telecalling, or inside sales will be an added advantage.
