Job Title: Guitar Teacher
About the Role
Sanjay Ghodawat International School is seeking a passionate Guitar Teacher to instruct and inspire school students . You will design engaging lessons for beginners to advanced players, prepare students for events/exams, and lead school music ensembles.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach acoustic, electric, and classical guitar to high school students.
- Prepare students for school performances, competitions, and external music exams (e.g., Trinity/Rockschool).
- Manage music room equipment and guide student bands/ensembles.
- Contribute to evening/weekend residential school activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching guitar to teenagers.
- Certifications: Degree/diploma in music or certification from a recognized music board is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong command over music theory, diverse genres, and excellent communication in English.
