Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in Australia, presenting solar solutions, and converting qualified leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential customers in Australia
- Present solar solutions confidently and effectively
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments or sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to improve conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Prior experience in international BPO, telesales, or sales preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, Email)
- Ability to work full-time from office (Tilak Nagar, New Delhi)
- Target-oriented, confident, and highly motivated personality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
- Familiarity with solar energy industry is a plus
