We are looking for a Branch Manager – Sales to oversee branch sales operations, drive membership sales, manage the sales team, and ensure achievement of branch revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets.
- Drive membership/package sales and upgrades.
- Ensure consistent growth in branch revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Relationship Advisors.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and performance tracking.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Improve lead-to-membership conversion rates.
- Monitor follow-ups and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure prompt handling of inquiries and walk-ins.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop local partnerships and referral networks.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Organize promotional activities and events.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM and customer records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team environment.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or relationship management preferred.
Benefits:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
