Shift Supervisor - Biomedical Waste Management

Qualification
- ITI
- Diploma (Any Discipline)
- Any Bachelor's Degree
Experience
Experience in Biomedical Waste Management, Waste Management, Plant Operations, or a similar field will be preferred.
Shift Pattern
- The candidate must be willing to work in three shifts.
- Rotational shift timings will be applicable.
- One weekly off will be provided as per the shift roster and operational requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all operational activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure the proper collection, transportation, segregation, and processing of biomedical waste as per company procedures and applicable statutory guidelines.
- Monitor employees and allocate manpower based on operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of biomedical waste treatment equipment and report any operational issues or breakdowns to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.
- Monitor workplace safety, housekeeping, and hygiene during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Drivers, Operators, Waste Handlers, and other employees for smooth operations.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate important information to the incoming Shift Supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle manpower and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling shift operations independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
