Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day inventory operations using Zoho Inventory
- Maintain accurate stock records across warehouses/locations
- Track inward, outward, returns, and stock adjustments
- Ensure real-time inventory visibility and reconciliation
- Set up and manage SKUs, reorder levels, bundles, and price lists
- Coordinate with procurement to avoid stock-outs or over-stocking
- Generate inventory reports (aging, valuation, stock movement, variance)
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Integrate inventory data with sales, accounts, and logistics teams
- Identify process gaps and suggest inventory optimization measures
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in inventory / supply chain / operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory (mandatory)
- Good understanding of inventory lifecycle and stock reconciliation
- Experience managing multiple SKUs and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to coordinate across teams and meet timelines
- Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with Zoho Books or ERP integrations
- Exposure to retail / D2C / manufacturing / e-commerce inventory
- Understanding of GST impact on inventory transactions
- Experience managing multiple warehouses
