*Job Summary*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Associate to join our investment research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting fundamental and financial analysis of listed companies, preparing detailed research reports, tracking market developments, and supporting investment decisions for equity, mutual fund, PMS, and AIF portfolios. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound financial knowledge, and a passion for capital markets.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of listed companies across various sectors.
* Analyze financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations, and earnings calls.
* Prepare detailed equity research reports with investment recommendations.
* Build and maintain financial models, valuation models, and earnings projections.
* Monitor macroeconomic indicators, industry trends, and market developments.
* Track corporate actions, quarterly results, and regulatory announcements.
* Assist in identifying investment opportunities for short-term and long-term portfolios.
* Support Portfolio Managers, Investment Advisors, and Relationship Managers with research inputs.
* Maintain databases related to financials, valuations, and market information.
* Prepare sector reports, thematic reports, and market updates.
* Present research findings to the investment team and management.
* Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal research policies.
* Continuously monitor existing coverage and update recommendations based on new information.
*Required Qualifications*
* MBA (Finance), CFA (Level I/II/III), CA, ICWA, FRM, or equivalent qualification.
* NISM Research Analyst Certification will be an added advantage.
* Strong understanding of equity markets, financial statements, valuation techniques, and corporate finance.
*Experience*
* Research Analyst: 1–3 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment research, wealth management, brokerage, or financial services.
* Research Associate (Fresher): 0–2 years with strong academic background and passion for capital markets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
