- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential leads using predefined scripts and answer incoming inquiries about products or services.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify prospect needs, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and close sales or pass qualified leads to the sales team.
- Customer Support: Address client questions, troubleshoot basic grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction.
