Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled MoveWorks Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement MoveWorks solutions that enhance employee experience through conversational AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise search. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating MoveWorks with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, building automation workflows, and delivering scalable AI-driven solutions. This role requires close collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to implement high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and deploy MoveWorks solutions to support enterprise IT and business processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations between MoveWorks and ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, HR systems, collaboration platforms, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure conversational AI workflows, knowledge sources, enterprise search, and automation capabilities within the MoveWorks platform.
- Build and enhance APIs, connectors, and automation workflows to improve employee self-service experiences.
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues across MoveWorks implementations.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, governance, and development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Stay updated with the latest MoveWorks features, AI advancements, and integration capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development, system integration, or ITSM platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring MoveWorks solutions.
- Experience integrating MoveWorks with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge of API development, JSON, OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Experience working with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), knowledge management, workflow automation, and employee support processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, or CSM implementations.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), conversational AI, and enterprise search technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with scripting, automation frameworks, or integration platforms is an added advantage.
- MoveWorks implementation experience or relevant certifications are preferred.
