Job Overview: We are hiring a skilled Operations Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, structured cabling, and electrical projects to handle site operations, billing, and project documentation end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end execution and daily operations of IT infrastructure, networking, cabling, and electrical projects.
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, technicians, and vendors to ensure project completion on time.
- Track daily site progress, conduct surveys, and resolve execution challenges on-site. Manage project billing, milestone invoices, payment follow-ups, and project cost tracking. Prepare and manage BOQs, BOMs, purchase requisitions, and delivery notes.
- Maintain complete project documentation including site survey reports, work orders, completion certificates, and handover files. Update ERP records, operational logs, and inventory data regularly.
- Submit progress reports to management and maintain regular communication with clients.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cabling, or electrical project operations.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related technical fields.
- Strong command over billing, BOQ/BOM preparation, and operational documentation. Good communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as per requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
