We are looking for a Computer Operator with strong communication skills and good knowledge of computer applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word), Google Sheets, and basic computer troubleshooting. The role requires maintaining accurate records, handling data entry tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain records with accuracy.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Manage and update data in Google Sheets.
- Handle email communication and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain and organize digital files and records.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and MIS data.
- Perform basic computer troubleshooting and coordinate with IT support when required.
- Monitor office systems and ensure smooth functioning of computer equipment.
- Support administrative and operational activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or Administrative Executive.
- Knowledge of basic MIS reporting and data management.
Pay: ₹20,000.10 - ₹25,000.33 per month
