Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit client RA bills, subcontractor bills, and material reconciliation statements.
- Verify executed quantities at site and coordinate with site engineers for measurements.
- Prepare measurement sheets, abstract sheets, reconciliation statements, and billing documentation.
- Check contractor/subcontractor bills against BOQ, drawings, work orders, and contract terms.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, deviation statements, and rate analysis.
- Monitor project quantities against the approved BOQ and identify quantity/cost variations.
- Assist in preparation of tender estimates and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, procurement, planning, and site teams.
- Maintain records of work orders, invoices, bills, measurements, and payment certificates.
- Support cost control and project budget monitoring.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify scope, quantities, and potential commercial issues.
- Assist in final billing and project close-out documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ and quantity surveying
- Rate analysis and estimation
- RA billing and subcontractor billing
- Knowledge of civil construction materials and methods
- Good understanding of drawings and specifications
- Advanced MS Excel
- AutoCAD knowledge
- ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of GST, applicable taxes, and construction contracts is an advantage
Preferred Candidate:
A candidate with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in billing, estimation, quantity surveying, and cost control, preferably on residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or similar construction projects.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
