Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Content Creator who can create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and social media content
- Shoot videos, photos, interviews, events, and company activities
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media
- Edit videos with transitions, captions, motion graphics, music, and effects
- Create content aligned with current Instagram/Reels trends
- Collaborate with the HR and Marketing team to develop campaigns
- Create posters, thumbnails, and basic graphic content when required
- Maintain consistent branding across all content
- Manage and organize video/photo assets
- Stay updated with trending content formats and editing styles
Required Skills
- Video editing using Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / After Effects
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Canva
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels & social media trends
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of camera shooting, lighting, and framing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Preferred
- Visual Communication / Media / Multimedia background
- Portfolio or previous social media work
- Experience creating Reels or promotional videos
- Knowledge of motion graphics and After Effects
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others when required

Pay: ₹10,283.79 - ₹33,820.27 per month
