Sales Officer – Gold Loan (Erode Cluster)
We are urgently hiring dynamic, result-oriented Sales Officers (Gold Loan) to join our Erode Cluster team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for driving business growth by sourcing new gold loan customers, maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, and ensuring seamless loan processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Actively generate leads and acquire new customers for Gold Loans through cold calling, field visits, local marketing activities, and references.
- Customer Relationship Management: Guide customers through the entire loan process, explaining interest rates, repayment options, and terms clearly to build trust.
- Loan Evaluation Support: Coordinate with the internal gold appraiser to ensure accurate valuation and quick disbursement of the loan.
- Portfolio Management: Follow up with customers for timely interest collection and loan renewals to minimize NPA (Non-Performing Assets).
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products (such as insurance, personal loans, or savings accounts) to existing gold loan clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation, KYC verification, and loan processing adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (highly preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
- Experience: 0.5 to 3 years of experience in sales
- (BFSI, Gold Loans, Microfinance, or retail sales).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills for interest calculations.
- Ability to work under targets.
- Language: Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Basic English is a plus.
- Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local field visits.
