Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions while leading the HR and Administration team. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment, employee management, performance management systems, facility administration, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and separation processes.
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Define, implement, and monitor KPI/KRA frameworks for employees and departments.
- Drive performance appraisal processes based on KPIs and KRAs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Coordinate training & development programs and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across corporate offices, project sites, and branch locations.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, accommodation, and asset management.
- Handle vendor identification, negotiations, contract management, and service-level monitoring.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and workplace facilities.
- Administer company assets including vehicles, office equipment, furniture, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, guest management, and employee accommodation requirements.
- Monitor and control administrative budgets, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, and external agencies as required.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the Administration team, ensuring timely delivery of support services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of KPI/KRA design and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and workplace safety regulations.
- Experience in leading HR and Administrative functions for a construction organization is an added advantage.
- Exposure to managing administration across multiple project sites and offices.
- HRMS and process automation initiatives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
