Requirement of Assistant Facility Manager (Commercial Real Estate Background)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Coordinate with the project team to handle taking overall equipment with documents.
2. Check all equipment and make sang list for rectification by the project team.
3. Deals with the client for billing, collection, and for any outstanding issues.
4. Operation and Maintenance of the DG Sets.
5. Looking after HT/LT equipment & panel VCB, ACB Transformer, Stabilizer, Charger, etc.
6. Plans & carryout Preventive maintenance of all equipment including DG Sets, HVAC, Fire pumps, and panels as per schedule.
7. Track and initiate the process for renewal of applicable AMC/NOC before expiration.
8. Co-ordination with Clients for day-to-day activities.
9. Asset Management for Building.
10. Ensure smooth operations of Air Conditioners-Split & Window Ac, Central Plant & Lifts.
11. Preparing the Monthly & Bimonthly MIS reports for Building.
12. Building Emergency Lights systems.
13. Looking after Maintenance of all equipment & Machines, Jockey Pumps, Sprinkler pumps, etc.
14. Looking after STP plant operations,
15. Co-ordination with Management and Client for Evacuation & Disaster Drills.
16. Co-ordinate with Clients, Civil Authorities & Other Vendors as and When Required.
17. Effective monitoring on Technical, Security, Housekeeping, Horticulture Division for smooth operations of the Facility.
18. Preparing & making comparison statement for fuel exp. For DG Sets & Grid Power.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
