Key Responsibilities
- Consultant – Cloud Kitchen
- * Prepare a complete cloud kitchen setup and launch plan.
- * Recommend kitchen layout, equipment, and infrastructure requirements.
- * Assist in selecting the right kitchen equipment and vendors.
- * Develop menu strategy, food costing, and pricing.
- * Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations, hygiene, packaging, dispatch, and quality control.
- * Recruit and train kitchen staff on operational standards.
- * Establish quality control and food safety practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.62 - ₹25,000.50 per month
