Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify prospective clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
- Client Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product/service demonstrations, and tailored business proposals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, meaningful relationships with new prospects and existing accounts to maximize customer retention.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and evaluate emerging markets for potential expansion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs and ensure customer success.
- Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software daily with accurate client interactions, lead status, and sales metrics. Betterteam +5
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate the company's value proposition persuasively.
- Negotiation & Closing: Proven track record of navigating objections, negotiating contracts, and closing profitable deals.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze market data to form actionable growth strategies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
