Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the customer database and CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries, support requests, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Support customer engagement campaigns and promotions
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in CRM or customer support
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
