Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee and strengthen all aspects of the employee lifecycle for both corporate and manufacturing teams. This role requires someone who can balance compliance, operations, and employee engagement effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure full adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulatory requirements.
-Manage factory-related HR compliance, including audits, inspections, statutory documentation, and filings.
-Administer payroll operations, including salary processing, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
-Maintain accurate employee records related to compensation, benefits, and HR data systems.
-Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
-Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and organizational development programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
-At least 4 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HRMS and HR technology platforms.
-Strong understanding of labour compliance and payroll processes.
