E-Commerce Executive – Amazon Marketplace
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, advertising campaigns, sales analysis, account health monitoring, and overall marketplace performance. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Account Management
- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Resolve account-related issues, customer complaints, and performance notifications.
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, optimize, and update product listings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Manage product titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and images.
- Create and maintain parent-child variations.
Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment planning.
- Manage FBA and FBM inventory.
- Track order fulfillment, returns, and customer feedback.
Amazon Advertising (PPC)
- Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Analyze advertising performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize profitability.
Sales & Performance Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and marketplace opportunities.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue, rankings, and conversion rates.
Promotions & Growth Initiatives
- Plan and execute deals, coupons, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support new product launches and ranking strategies.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and category growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and policies.
- Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
- Experience with listing optimization and Amazon SEO.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or SellerApp.
- Understanding of Buy Box, inventory forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
