Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting property visits, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with good knowledge of the real estate market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through references, calls, and marketing activities
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Follow up with prospective buyers and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and transaction processing
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years in Real Estate Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
