Job duties and Responsibilities:
1. Should be capable of handling independent project with assigned piping team
2. Should possess good communication skill
3. Should have good technical knowledge of ASME B31.3, Indian standard like PESO
4. 3d modeling of equipment, piping and structure in AutoCAD Plant 3D and CADWORX software
5. Preparing of Equipment layout of Process plant, utility and storage section as per relevant standard
6. Preparation of PMS and VMS
7. Preparation of Piping GA
8. Preparing of Piping Layout
9. Preparing and checking of Isometric drawing
10. Preparation of Preliminary, Intermediate and final MTO
11. Preparation and checking of nozzle orientation
12. Co-ordination with various departments and client for issue log resolution
13. Preparation and checking of GA and detail of Pipe rack piping layout from interconnecting diagram
14. Preparation of line list, valve list, instrument list
15. Study and verification of inputs like as built P&ID’s, piping GA’s & Isometrics, Vendor Documents
16. Preparation of piping support GA and detail drawing
17. Conversant with support selection and arrangement as per feasibility of layout
18. Arraigning the model review and preparing model review comments
19. Quality check of all piping deliverables
20. Knowledge of pipe stress analysis
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
