Maya Biotech is expanding its operations by launching a dedicated PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) Division for its ENT & Respiratory product range. We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who can take complete ownership of this segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the PCD division
- Build and manage a strong distributor network across regions
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
- Handle distributor onboarding, relationship management, and retention
- Plan product positioning and promotional strategies for ENT & Respiratory range
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and supply chain
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in PCD pharma marketing
- Proven track record in building and handling PCD networks
- Strong database of 100+ active distributors
- Good understanding of ENT & Respiratory product segments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- PCD Pharma Sales & Marketing: 7 years (Required)
