We are looking for a sharp, organised, and creatively-minded Brand Manager to serve as the critical bridge between our clients and our internal team. You will own end-to-end brand relationships — from understanding client objectives to translating them into actionable briefs for design, content, and strategy — ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, on-time, and exceeds expectations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
▸ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across all communication channels
▸ Understand client brand guidelines, business goals, and campaign objectives in depth
▸ Attend and lead client meetings, take thorough notes, and translate them into internal action items
▸ Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, and feedback cycles to ensure smooth project delivery
▸ Build long-term, trust-based relationships that result in retention and referrals
Brand Strategy & Planning
▸ Develop monthly and quarterly brand strategies aligned with client marketing objectives
▸ Create content calendars, campaign plans, and go-to-market strategies across digital and offline channels
▸ Conduct brand audits, competitor analysis, and audience research to inform strategic decisions
▸ Ideate and present fresh, insight-led campaign concepts to clients
▸ Track campaign performance metrics and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization
Content Planning & Post Briefs
▸ Write clear, detailed content briefs for the social media and copywriting team — including platform, tone, messaging, and references
▸ Plan monthly social media content calendars and ensure they are aligned with the brand voice and campaign objectives
▸ Review captions, hashtags, and copy before it goes to the client for approval
▸ Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats relevant to each client's industry
▸ Oversee scheduling and publishing across platforms when required
Design Briefs & Creative Coordination
▸ Translate client requirements into precise, well-structured design briefs for the in-house design team
▸ Include visual references, dimensions, platform specs, brand colours, fonts, and messaging direction in every brief
▸ Review design outputs against the brief and client brand guidelines before presenting to clients
▸ Manage revision rounds efficiently — documenting feedback clearly and ensuring timely turnaround
▸ Coordinate with designers on packaging, digital creatives, campaign assets, pitch decks, and brand identity work
Internal Team Coordination & Project Management
▸ Act as the central coordinator between content writers, graphic designers, digital marketing specialists, and the leadership team
▸ Assign tasks with clear briefs, deadlines, and context — ensuring no resource is working with incomplete information
▸ Track project progress across multiple clients simultaneously using internal tools and trackers
▸ Identify bottlenecks early and escalate or resolve them proactively to avoid delays
▸ Conduct internal review checkpoints before any deliverable is sent to the client
Reporting & Performance Tracking
▸ Prepare monthly performance reports for clients covering social media analytics, campaign metrics, and key insights
▸ Maintain accurate records of client approvals, feedback, and revision history
▸ Document SOPs for recurring tasks to build operational efficiency within the agency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 2–5 years of experience in a branding, marketing, or agency role
▸ Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
▸ Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can articulate a brief as well as a strategy
▸ Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) and content formats
▸ Experience writing design and content briefs — you know how to speak to a designer and a copywriter effectively
▸ A sharp eye for design, branding, and attention to detail
▸ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment with evolving priorities
▸ Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and project management tools
▸ A proactive, ownership-first mindset — you don't wait to be told, you take initiative
NICE TO HAVE
▸ Prior experience at a creative or marketing agency in Mumbai
▸ Exposure to luxury, lifestyle, beauty, interiors, or jewellery brand categories
▸ Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta/Google Ads) to collaborate effectively with digital teams
▸ Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Asana, or similar project trackers
